How is my order packaged to ensure freshness?
All orders are flash-frozen at the peak of freshness and shipped in heavy-duty, reusable insulated coolers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
We offer expedited shipping across the United States. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.
Where does your beef and seafood come from?
Our beef is sourced from premium Midwestern American farms, specializing in USDA Prime and High-Choice cuts. Our seafood is sustainably sourced and wild-caught whenever possible to ensure the highest quality and flavor.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
No signature is required for most residential deliveries. Our carriers are instructed to leave the package at your door; however, we recommend retrieving and freezing your items as soon as possible after delivery.
How should I thaw my steaks and seafood?
For the best results, we recommend thawing your products in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. For faster thawing, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for 30-60 minutes.
