Our St. Louis-style pork spare ribs are hand-rubbed with a unique blend of spices before being slow-smoked in oak-burning pits. No sauce is really needed for these meaty, juicy ribs that pull away from the bone!
  
Each rack is a giant 2 1/2 lb average, 14 ribs per rack.  We recommend 1-2 ribs per person as an appetizer and 3-4 as a main course.  They're great as is (with the prepared dry rub) or add some barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
  
Fully cooked, heat in the oven or grill and serve!
