Suggested Preparation:Ā Herb Roasted Lamb Chops

  1. Combine 4 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced), fresh thyme & rosemary, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and salt & pepper (to taste)
  2. Marinate the lamb with this mixtureĀ at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  4. Heal 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a largeĀ  skillet over high heat. Add lamb and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast lamb chops to desired doneness, about 10 minutes for medium-rare.Ā Let the lamb rest forĀ 5 minutes before serving.
